1. Return Eligibility

1.1. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

1.2. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Return Process

2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at Traci@Outnumberedlife.com

2.3. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

3.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

3.2. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.

4. Exchanges

4.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.

5. Non-Returnable Items

5.1. Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Downloadable software.
Gift cards.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

6.1. If you haven’t received a refund within the specified period, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
